J.Peschard, also known as Skullface, can be described as a "Curatorvore", drawing inspiration from a diverse array of sources including Generation X and Dadaism. He absorbs these influences, distils, and utilises them, crafting allegories and analogies that form distinct, and sometimes disruptive narratives reflected within his artworks.
"These oil paintings are always original and possess their own unique DNA, created on recycled steel sheets sourced from building construction sites in Asia." Ten years ago, in his quest for materials for his composite works, Peshard discovered that recycled construction sheets sourced in Vietnam provided the ideal medium for his vision.
